According to the letter dated July 08, 2021 received by the State Housing Development Agency from the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, it has been reported that the Fund temporarily suspended the use of the limits set by “Bank BTB“ OJSC for the issuance of preferential mortgage loans, including the acquisition of apartments at the Agency`s disposal.
