Based on Order No.1113, dated November 16, 2016, of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the acquisition of apartments being at the disposal of the State Housing Development Agency shall be effected in an electronic order through the system “Affordable Housing” via the portal “Electronic Government” (www.e-gov.az).
Only those citizens who have obtained an electronic cabinet in the system “Affordable Housing” are eligible to acquire an apartment. The Sale of apartments are carried out both using a mortgage credit and by a citizen’s own cash.
Users are recommended to enter the system “Affordable Housing” through their intensive electronic signature (Electronic Signature (www.e-imza.az) or the Asan Signature (www.asanimza.az)) a few hours before the sale starts. This would allow them to verify whether their Electronic Signature or Asan Signature were active, and make sure beforehand that online signing programme is uploaded into the computer.
Moreover, those persons who wish to acquire apartments via a mortgage credit on preferential terms should necessarily enter their electronic cabinet in the system “Affordable Housing” and make sure that they have signed the consent they had received from an agent bank in the section “Decision on a preliminary consent”.
Should users wish to return from any section of the electronic cabinet (for example, “Notifications”, “Decision on a preliminary consent” etc.) back to the homepage before the apartment selection process, they are recommended to use such buttons as “Personal cabinet” “Back” or “Next” instead of using the buttons “back” or “forward”, which would prevent loss of additional time while using the system “Affordable Housing”.
