Selection of 188 apartments at the Ganja Residential Complex is completed successfully23/12/2021
Sale of 188 apartments, including 33 apartments on building No.8, 34 apartments on building No.9, 11 apartments on building No.10, 14 apartments on building No.11, 15 apartments on building No.12, 44 apartments on building No.15 and 37 apartments on building No.18, at the Ganja Residential Complex – another project of the State Housing Development Agency, both by payments through the use of mortgage credit and at citizens’ own expense, started at 11:00 on 23.12.21, and the selection of apartments was completed successfully in a short time span.
The selection of 188 apartments put up for sale in accordance with the Regulations approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1418 dated 24.05.2017 was carried out in a reliable, safe, transparent and uninterrupted mode of operation on equal terms through the “Affordable housing” electronic system on the “E-government” portal (www.e-gov.az). The number of people who received a user account in the “Affordable housing” system is 21 731.
During today's sale, the number of participants in the selection of 188 apartments was 873 people. As of this time, the applications for 131 out of 188 selected apartments have been successfully signed and submitted by citizens.
Selection of apartments was observed by representatives of the State Service for Special Communication and Information of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry for Digital Development and Transportation at the operational headquarters established in the administrative building of the State Housing Development Agency, following the rules of special quarantine regime.
Selection of apartments in the order of waiting in accordance with the “Rules of acquisition by citizens of apartments being at the disposal of the State Housing Development Agency on preferential terms” will start at 11:00 on December 27th, 2021, to continue until 11:00 on December 30th, 2021.
In accordance with the Rules, an apartment chosen in the process of sale may be selected be two more persons successively in the order of waiting within the same sale announcement. To this end, a user, entering the relevant section in his electronic cabinet in the “Affordable Housing” system within the established term, looks for an apartment, having chosen the payment method, the apartment selection method, and the project. In the process of viewing apartments, a few users may view the same apartment, and the first 2 persons who have pushed the button “Confirm” may choose that apartment in the order of waiting. Thereafter, the user should sign an application for the apartment he has chosen in the order of waiting, and submit. Should the person who had chosen the apartment fail to acquire it for whatever reason, this apartment will be offered to the person who had chosen it in the first row in the order of waiting. And if this apartment was not acquired by the person who had chosen it in the first row in the order of waiting, it will be offered to the person who had chosen it in the second row in the order of waiting.
