Affordable apartments of the Ganja Residential Complex were demonstrated17/12/2021
A meeting was arranged with representatives of agent banks and evaluation companies in the framework of the works on preparation for sale of affordable apartments at the Ganja Residential Complex - another project of the State Housing Development Agency.
The event featured demonstrations of affordable apartments in Sumgait, which will go on sale on December 23, 2021, and provided detailed information on the construction materials used and types of repairs.
A representative of the agency noted that the residential complex constructed at Azerbaijani Flag Street, Ganja City consists of 18 dwelling buildings, with 12 of them being nine-storied and 6 twelve-storied buildings. There are 986 apartments at the complex in total. Along with the residential buildings, there is a kindergarten for 125 children and a secondary school building meant for 1176 pupils.
The sale of affordable apartments will begin on December 23, 2021 in Sumgait and will last until December 30, 2021. In accordance with the “Rules of acquisition by citizens of apartments being at the disposal of the State Housing Development Agency”, the selection of apartments in the order of waiting will begin on December 27, 2021 and will last until December 30, 2021. Acquisition of apartments is carried out electronically on the portal “E-government” (www.e-gov.az) through the system “Affordable housing”. All apartments are offered in a fully renovated condition, equipped with kitchen furniture, combination heating system (including combination heating boiler), water, gas and electricity meters.
It was reported that the website gence.mida.gov.az and its mobile version, which provides detailed information on affordable apartments of the Ganja Residential Complex , have been launched. The website provides everyone with the opportunity to get detailed information about affordable apartments of the Ganja Residential Complex.
Afterwards, the participants praised the initiative to hold such a meeting and stressed that the project has created all the necessary conditions for a comfortable and healthy life of future residents.
Those citizens who are willing to own an affordable apartment using a mortgage credit and have their electronic cabinet in the “Affordable Housing” System, may benefit from the preferential mortgage credit provided by the following banks that are included in the authorized banks of the Mortgage and Credit Assurance Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan and have signed a cooperation agreement with MIDA LTD, i.e. “Kapital Bank” OJSC, “Azer-Turk Bank” OJSC, “Bank VTB (Azerbaijan)” OJSC, “International Bank of Azerbaijan” OJSC, “TuranBank” OJSC, “PASHA Bank” OJSC, "Rabitabank" OJSC and “Gunay Bank” OJSC.
