With a view to ensuring the convenience of users in the apartment selection process, the State Housing Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan will commission a demo version of the sale module of the Affordable Housing System and the housing selection in the order of waiting, to take place at 11:00 on November 25, 2021.
The said service allows the users to become closely acquainted with all phases of the apartment selection process both for sale and in the order of waiting, and improve their skills of using electronic signature certificates, and equipment. Those citizens who have an electronic cabinet in the “Affordable Housing” system may use the demo version of the sales module and apartment selection in the order of waiting, having entered their electronic cabinet via the Electronic Signature (www.e-imza.az) or Asan Signature (www.asanimza.az) over the “Electronic Government” Portal, using the special link provided to them.
The demo version of the sales module and selection of an apartment in the order of waiting will be active as of 00:00 on 22 December 2021. Operations carried out via this system will each day be annulled at 00:00, 02:00, 04:00, 06:00, 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00, having been renewed, to be reactivated for the selection of apartments.
Those citizens who have obtained an electronic cabinet in the “Affordable Housing” system may, as of the date following the day on which a decision was taken on creating an electronic cabinet, use the demo version of both the sales module and also selection of an apartment in the order of waiting.
Attention: Selection of apartments carried out through the demo version is of a training nature, creating no outcome.
In accordance with changes to the “Rules of acquisition by citizens of apartments being at the disposal of the State Housing Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan on preferential terms”, a person with an electronic cabinet willing to acquire an apartment using a mortgage credit on preferential terms shall obligatorily do the following:
