Showing care and attention towards servicemen who have become disabled due to their participation in defending the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the families of the martyrs is one of the priority directions in the state policy set by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev.
Significant measures are being taken, under the leadership of the head of the state, towards augmenting the social protection of people of this category, providing them with allowance or pension, as well as improving their housing conditions.
SHDA has undertaken to provide the family members of 2 servicemen-martyrs of the Patriotic War, who had chosen apartments in the Hovsan Residential Complex, a project of the State Housing Development Agency, with an apartment, which testifies to the state’s care of these people.
Huseynov Orkhan Bahman, born in 1991, and Huseynov Farid Fatali, born in 1994, who had been registered in the “Affordable Housing” System on the category of “Servicemen of the Republic of Azerbaijan who has been in service for at least 3 years, as well as those transferred to the reserve, or those retired”, had chosen two-room apartments by successfully participating in the sales of apartments in the Hovsan Residential Complex of the State Housing Development Agency on 10.09.2020.
Joining the combat for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, both the servicemen sacrificed their lives and became martyrs. Therefore, it was impossible to register their apartments. Following the country head’s policy, the apartments chosen by our servicemen were presented to their families.
Martyrs’ families who had been provided with apartments said they took pride in the Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces who has bestowed the historical Victory upon our people, and our Armed Forces, deeply thanking to the head of the state for the care and attention shown towards them, for augmenting their social protection, and measures taken towards improving their housing conditions.
