Next selection of affordable apartments at the Hovsan Residential Complex starts18/12/2020

Sales of 501 apartments, both by using a mortgage credit and also by citizens’ own cash, including 27 apartments in building No.1, 121 apartments in building No.4, 260 apartments in building No.5 and 93 apartments in building No.6, at the Hovsan Residential Complex started at 11:00 on 18.12.2020 ending with successful selection of 490 apartments in a short span of time.

Selection of the remaining 11 apartments will continue until 11:00 on 28 December 2020. 

Selection of 501 apartments put to sale in accordance with the Regulations approved by Order No.1418 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated 24.05.2017, has been carried out via the “Affordable Housing” System over the “Electronic Government” Portal (www.e-gov.az) in a reliable, safe and transparent order, in an uninterrupted work regime. 

During today’s sales, the number of people participating in the selection of apartments was 847. According to the information available to this hour, of 490 apartments chosen, 394 were successfully signed by citizens, and their applications were filed. 

Selection of the apartments was observed by representatives of the State Service for Special Communication and Information Safety of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies and Ernst & Young at the operational headquarters established in the administrative building of the State Housing Development Agency, following the special quarantine regime. 

Selection of apartments in the order of waiting in accordance with the “Rules of acquisition by citizens of apartments being at the disposal of the State Housing Development Agency on preferential terms” will start at 11:00 on 22 December, 2020, to continue until 11:00 on,28 December 2020.

In accordance with the Rules, an apartment chosen in the process of sale may be selected be two more persons successively in the order of waiting within the same sale announcement. To this end, a user, entering the relevant section in his electronic cabinet in the “Affordable Housing” system within the established term, looks for an apartment, having chosen the payment method, the apartment selection method, and the project. In the process of viewing apartments, a few users may view the same apartment, and the first 2 persons who have pushed the button “Confirm” may choose that apartment in the order of waiting. Thereafter, the user should sign an application for the apartment he has chosen in the order of waiting, and submit. Should the person who had chosen the apartment fail to acquire it for whatever reason, this apartment will be offered to the person who had chosen it in the first row in the order of waiting. And if this apartment was not acquired by the person who had chosen it in the first row in the order of waiting, it will be offered to the person who had chosen it in the second row in the order of waiting.
