On June 24, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva became familiar with the construction of the residential complex being built by the State Housing Development Agency in Ganja city.
The President and the First Lady were given information about the progress of the construction works.
It was informed that construction works on the residential complex at Azerbaijani Flag street in Ganja city was launched by the State Housing Development Agency in February 2020. The complex includes 18 apartment buildings, a new school building for 1176 pupils intended for secondary schools No.28 and 46, a kindergarten for 125 children, and other objects of service. The secondary school building is scheduled for commission in August this year.
In accordance with the Project, the residential buildings will be nine- and twelve-storied. Altogether, 986 apartments will be in these buildings. The apartments will be offered to citizens with the interior finishing works completed, provided with kitchen furniture, a gas oven, an individual heating system, and other necessary equipment. Greenery areas and child playgrounds will be created on the territory of the complex.
According to the plan, the construction works will be completed until the end of 2021, and the Complex commissioned.
Construction of this complex is of significant importance in terms of solving the tasks set by the President to improve social welfare of the population in accord with the demographic advancement.
