Purchase and sale of 204 apartments chosen on 25.12.2019 among 248 apartments through the “Affordable Housing” System over the portal “Electronic Government” (www.e-gov.az) in the Yasamal Residential Complex, the first project of the State Housing Development Agency, was completed successfully.
9 of these apartments were acquired by persons who chose them in the order of waiting in the first row on 27.12.2019. At the moment, legalization of the apartments’ sale continues in accordance with the Rules.
Out of the 204 apartments acquired on preferential terms, 35 are one-room, 102 two-room, and 67 three-room apartments. Of the citizens who have owned apartments, 44 purchased them at their own expense, while 160 of them acquired them using a mortgage credit on preferential terms.
