In the 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5th buildings of the Yasamal Residential Complex - the first project of the State Housing Development Agency, sale of concessional apartments started at 15:00 on 05.09.2018 and the selection of apartments was successfully completed.
In accordance with the Regulation approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 24.05.2017, the selection of 324 apartments put up for sale was made through the “E-government” (www.e-gov.az) portal in equal conditions, in reliable, secure, transparent and continuous operation mode.
According to information available at this time all 324 apartments that put up for sale have been selected.The applications for more than 70% of the selected apartments have already been successfully signed and submitted by citizens.
The process of selection of apartments in the operational headquarters of the State Housing Development Agency was observed with participation of the representatives of the Special Communication & Information Security State Agency of the Special State Protection Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies and the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, E-Government Development Center and Ernst & Young Company.
