Pursuant to the Regulation on getting affordable houses at the disposal of State Housing Development Agency approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1113 dated November 16 2016, repair samples within the framework of the preparation works done by the Agency for the sale of the first apartments of Yasamal Residential Complex are presented.

Apartments of Yasamal Residential Complex are repaired with 2 types of repair. The types of repair differ by design and color selection. High quality construction materials are used for the repair of all apartments, and the quality of the repair is strictly controlled.
All apartments of the residential complex will be offered to citizens in full repair and ready to use. These affordable apartments will be handed over with kitchen furniture. Furthermore, all apartments are equipped with a combi boiler, as well as water, gas and light meters. Also, communication, television and internet lines are installed for each apartment.
More information on the technical characteristics, repair and construction materials used for each apartment of the Yasamal Residential Complex, the first project of the Agency, as well as the master plan and infrastructure of the Complex, were posted on www.yasamal.mida.gov.az.
