The State Agency for Housing Construction under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan successfully continues the process of answering citizens' questions regarding discounted apartments at “ASAN service” centers.
Starting from March 10, the main principles of the system will be distributed to “ASAN service” centers in Baku, 1, 3 and 5, as well as in Sumgayit's “ASAN service” center to ensure the convenience of the citizens through the "Affordable Housing" electronic system. Citizens who can not come to "ASAN service" centers are provided with the "108" call center.
In order to effectively organize the appeals process, young staff members involved who were selected on the basis of competition and participated in special trainings organized by the Agency.
As a result of the cooperation of the agency "MİDA" and "ASAN service" in the first 3 days, 2572 citizens were served. 1735 of them applied to the "ASAN service" centers, and 837 people called the "108" call center and got answers to their questions about the acquisition of a discounted apartment, and received detailed information.
