The Selection of 503 affordable apartments in the Hovsan Residential Complex is completed successfully
The sale of 503 apartments, including 4 in Building No.1, 22 in Building No.2, 52 in Building No.3, 23 in Building No,4, 159 in Building No.6 and 243 in Building No.7, of the Hovsan Residential Complex – a project of the State Housing Development Agency, by means of mortgage credit, as well as paying their costs by citizens’ own cash, started at 11:00 on 21.04.2021, and the selection of apartments was successfully completed in a short time span.

The State Housing Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been serving citizens for five years
On April 10, 2021, the leadership and the staff of the State Housing Development Agency remembered National Leader Heydar Aliyev at the Allay of Honour to mark this significant day. Moreover, the staff of the entity paid a visit also to the graves of our fellow citizens in the Allay of Martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

SHDA signs a cooperation agreement with one more credit organization –TuranBank
Based on the relevant Rule approved by Order No.1113 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated 16.11.2016, one of the privileges offered to persons entitled to own an apartment on preferential terms is a mortgage credit given at the expense of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
